Let's embark on a journey to look for northern lights. Since it is a natural phenomenon, chasing northern lights can be tricky. With the help of scientific data sources and practical knowledge, northern lights activity can be forecasted maximum 3 days in advance. However, having a clear sky is the first condition here. During this trip, my aim is to predict the northern lights situation and then drive to locations with a sky free from cloud, even if it is hundreds of kilometers away from Rovaniemi.
